About Navadala Stories

Hello, I’m Asima, the creator of Navadala Stories.

I love coffee, travel, and yoga—and Navadala Stories is where all of that comes together

Here, I’ll share stories from the places I’ve visited, little adventures along the way, and those slow, quiet moments spent enjoying a good cup of coffee. I’m especially drawn to the stories behind each place, so I’ll also be writing about the myths and legends I come across during my travels.

Along the way, I’ll share tips and recommendations too—what to visit, where to eat, and the best places to stay.

Why Navadala Stories?

The name Navadala Stories grew out of my love for yoga and storytelling.

Inspired by Sanskrit, a language often associated with yoga, I combined the words nava (new) and dala (lotus petal) to create Navadala – a name that, to me, represents new beginnings, growth, and the courage to step into something unfamiliar.

Starting this blog was one of those new beginnings. It was a way to turn my experiences, travels, and reflections into stories that could be shared with others. In a sense, every journey opens a new chapter, and every story turns a new page.

And that is how Navadala Stories began — one new beginning, one journey, and one story at a time.
